The extensions menu has changed quite a bit since it appeared for the first time, the extensions now have icons, the button to access the extensions page has been moved to the bottom (the button was on the top right in previous versions), the menu with the additional options has been added, at this moment you can access this menu by right clicking or by clicking on the three dots and "Hide in Chrome menu" and "Show in toolbar" has been changed to "Pin" and "Unpin":

Current appearance of the extensions menu.

The native dark mode is already available in Chrome 74 but, for now, only a small group of users have it:

    Hey everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out, and for your enthusiasm!

I can confirm that we are rolling out this feature to a small number of Chrome M74 users now, and that it will become more widely available in the near future.

    Thanks!
