I enabled Dark Mode on Chrome a day or 2 ago, and when I download something, the download bar pops up at the bottom. Well, the button on that bar is "white". I'm not sure what it says. . Clear Downloads, or whatever. I can't remember. How can i fix that? Here's an image.

I think it can't be fixed, that's how the native dark mode is in Chrome 72, if you want, you can install the Beta version (73), which is quite stable, almost the same as the normal version, the dark mode looks better in that version but you will have to deal with the problem of the menus, which I think is worse than the bug that you show, in the Canary version all this is already fixed.

In Canary, a text has been added to the incognito icon:
Maybe it's to differentiate (a little more) incognito windows from normal windows with dark mode enabled, since the color is the same. When you enable the "window counter", the text doesn't appear:

Store themes now also have the dark omnibox, dark search bar and the dark icons on the NTP (canary).
The change in the search bar and icons appeared some time ago, but the dark omnibox only appeared today after the latest update in Canary:
