    Thanks to a new flag added recently, it will no longer be seen like that, now, by default, when you open a single tab, it looks like this:

    Regardless of whether this flag is enabled.

    The option to choose the background of the new tab page in Chrome already works in Canary and Dev, before, when you click on that icon, nothing happened, at least in my case.
    Upload an image:

    Chrome backgrounds:

    There is a third option that is Google Photos.

    It also works in the Beta version, but apparently has fewer options, only Chrome backgrounds:

    PS. Of course this could already be done with the themes, but it's nice to have a native option, in my opinion.
