I still can't get the 'translate' option to work.
When I highlight a word there is no 'translate' selection.
Any suggestion? Thanks

Still no option for me for translation. Tomorrow I will do a clean install of chrome and post the result here.
clean install does not change anything.
if you want to enable it:
1 Launch Chrome browser
2 type chrome://flags in address bar
3 Search for “partial “, in the dropdown for Desktop Partial Translate, select Enabled
Thanks Brink
