By the way, for some time now Google has been working on a feature that will allow you to add notes to web pages and now (in Chrome Canary) a preview version of this feature can be tested, you can see some screenshots of it here.

Google will add an indicator that tells you how strong your password is when you're filling out sign up forms or when you're changing your password, the flag to enable this new feature is already available in Canary (the feature itself is not available yet):
