In Chrome Canary the new download bubble now shows the individual progress of each of the downloads and Google has also added the context menu to manage the downloaded files: Attachment 362194 GIF.
Chrome's new download bubble now supports drag and drop (in Canary). For many users this feature is essential and they use it all the time in the download shelf, well, it will also be available on the new download UI:
