    In this comment I talked about the integration of the 'Reader mode' option in the Side panel, Google has decided to change the name of that option and now it will be called 'Read anything', and soon you will be able to customize the font and background color of the text:


    For some time now, Google has been working on a new option that will allow you to add notes to web pages, it will be something similar to the option available in Edge's PDF reader that allows you to add notes (comments):



    You will be able to do the same in Chrome but on all web pages.

    The detailed list of notes you add to each website will appear in the Side panel, in the latest Chrome Canary build Google has already added the 'Notes' option to the Side panel combobox:

    It still doesn't show anything because you can't add notes to web pages yet.
