Recently closed Tab groups now also appear in the "Tab Search" menu, so you can now easily reopen them from there (Chrome Canary):

Restore Tab groups from the "Tab search" menu (GIF).

Chrome does not update to this when forced. I have Version 91.0.4472.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Same. None of our seven Win 10 laptops see this update. Still all on 91.0.4472.114 & checking for updates reports all up-to-date.

Wonder if it's a location thing? (Though I haven't noted slowness to receive Chrome updates before this....)

What happened to the little drop down menu where you could flip between open tabs?

Google has changed the button for the "Tab Search" feature in Chrome Canary, now it integrates better with the caption buttons.
    Before and after (windowed mode):

    Maximized window:

In the latest Chrome Canary build (93.0.4561.0) there is already a flag to enable the new button:

Google will remove the "Add to reading list" entry from the omnibox star.

Currently, when you click on the star icon (in the omnibox), a menu with two options appears:

That menu will be removed and clicking on the star icon will automatically bookmark the page (just like you could do it before the "Reading list" feature existed):

There is a keyboard shortcut to bookmark the page, but there are users who prefer to control the device, if possible, only with the mouse (I am one of them).
