I think Secure Search has come from McAfee where I am signed into Chrome on my notebook that has McAfee installed. Legit but unwanted?

The dev channel has reached 93. Some modifications were made to FloC, Google doesn't waste time.
    #privacy-sandbox-settings is not there anymore.

Google is working to make the "Send tab to self" feature work even if you have toast notifications disabled.

The "Send tab to self" feature allows you to quickly send pages or links to your different devices:
    Attachment 333743

Currently this feature relies on the system notifications, so, if for some reason you have Chrome notifications disabled on your device, the feature will not work, Google wants to get around this restriction by replacing toast notifications with a new UI that will appear next to the profile icon on the toolbar. This is the current toast notification in Windows 10 when a tab is received:

There is already a flag to enable the new notification UI:
    Attachment 333749
After enable it, the "Send tab to self" icon already appears in the toolbar when a tab is received, but it still doesn't show the notification:
The new notification bubble is now working in Chrome Canary:

For reference, this is the current toast notification for the "Send tab to self" feature in Windows 10 (which will be replaced by the notification bubble I showed above):

Google has added submenus to each of the windows and groups within the history menu (Chrome Canary):

    Submenus (GIF).

The advantage of these submenus is that now you can reopen the tabs of those groups and windows individually.

And speaking of the "Tab groups", this is another of the improvements that will reach this feature:
Add folders for Tab groups on Bookmark All Tabs.

When the user has one or more Tab groups open and selects "Bookmark All Tabs", instead of getting a folder with a flat list of tabs, they will now see nested folders for any Tab groups, with naming aligned with the Tab group title, The order of URLs and nested folders will match the tabstrip order. If multiple Tab groups share the same title, their tabs will get combined into a single folder at the index of the first group.
