    Nope.

There is a setting under Sync and Google Services -> Other Google Services. Toggle Allow Chrome Sign In.

Allow Chrome Sign In is toggled ON. My Google account signs out when I fully close the browser. Is that normal?

When I tested my Chrome it did not sign me out. But I use FF as my main browser. I just tested Chrome about 30 mins ago.

Well. It says it signs you in to other Google services. it doesn't specifically say it signs you out but that's the implication.

It may be since I updated 2FA for Google that I need to add the PC as a trusted device.

"You might be asked to sign in with 2-Step Verification, even though you checked the box next to "Don't ask again on this computer." Usually this is because your browser, like Chrome or Firefox, doesn’t have cookies enabled or is set to delete cookies after a certain period of time."

On my Windows 10 PCs, Chrome is permanently signed in and synched whether I shut the PCs down or not.
I cannot remember it ever signing me out.
    "Allow Chrome Sign-in" is ON
