The video plays just fine for me.
I found that in an old nvidia gts 450 the youtube video plays nice. Gtx 970 and intel hd 400 dont plays it. It shows theese green lines.
It's a graphics card issue for sure, and not browser issue. I tried it on my other PC (only two years old, the first try was a five year old PC (not that the age should be a factor, but more of what card they use)), and in both Firefox and Chrome I had no issue like in both browsers on the first PC.
The video corruption is nothing to do with Firefox. I get the same results in IE11, Firefox and Edge.
Probably a graphics driver issue, however I don't get problems with any other video I play so it's not something I'm worried about.

Just because the connection between your computer and youtube.com is secure doesn't mean that all the content on the web page is being transmitted over https. There can be content on the web page that is being transmitted over http from other sources. This is usually referred to as "mixed content."
