    I don't see the update. I'm currently on 65.0.1 and it says it's up to date.

    I checked also but it may be protocol to hold release until notes are published.

    I have FF 65.0.1 and this just started two days ago with the National Weather Service (NWS) site, it's the only site to give me a problem loading.
    Dunno, ... but I haven't seen it for a while lately -- might be beta 11 fixed it.

    BTW: I did try removing all extensions - that was not the cause.
