I just tried/installed the "neon glow too" theme.. When I close FF 65.0 and then restart FF after having installed the theme, there is a one second delay for the theme to show. It starts showing the default theme... the accent colors, and then switches to the neon theme, which I don't recall it doing before... it used to be nearly instant. You launch the browser and the theme is there from the millesecond.
Also tried "dream of waves" .. same delay effect... in 1803.
I first noticed that FF 65.0 was not obeying userChrome color changes (with or without the file) I had made to deal with color related issues in 1809. But switching back to 1803 without userchrome file shows the same issues... an apparent issue with FF 65.0. I think this userchrome issue in 1809 may be related to the different behavior of the light theme which I was using with it.
Not that big of a deal for me in 1803 since I just use the default theme and that is fine.

I filed a bug on this at mozilla and apparently my post is a duplicate bug post from earlier versions of 65.0 and someone commented "it is the new FF behavior unfortunately ". FF follows the accent color of Windows if you have it set for title bars no matter if you choose light theme. So default theme = light theme if you have accent color set for title bars.

FF 65.0 disabled my British English dictionary with no way to re-enable it (was it too old?). I had to remove it and get another one to get my spell checking to work again.
Unable to turn off search suggestions 'drop down' after upgrade to Firefox 65.

This previously distracting search drop down appeared after the upgrade to v.65 and was something I'd been able to remove before by setting the about:config value "browser.urlbar.autocomplete.enabled' to false. However this value is now purposely ignored in v65 due to sync issues with mobile preferences.

The workaround is to add this to a userChrome.css file
#PopupAutoCompleteRichResult {
display: none!important;
}
Just now did the update to Firefox 65, the code above worked for me. Thanks.
Mozilla made changes in Firefox 65 that render the old code for Tabs on the bottom obsolete. The new code below works for me.
/* TABS: on bottom */
#navigator-toolbox toolbar:not(#nav-bar):not(#toolbar-menubar) {-moz-box-ordinal-group:10}
#TabsToolbar {-moz-box-ordinal-group:1000!important}
#TabsToolbar {
position: absolute !important;
bottom: 0 !important;
width: 100vw !important;
}
#tabbrowser-tabs {
width: 100vw !important;
}
#main-window:not([chromehidden*="toolbar"]) #navigator-toolbox {padding-bottom: var(--tab-min-height) !important;}

It appears that Firefox version 65.0 has been pulled from automatic update due to incompatubility with Avast or AVG AV apps. However it can still be downloaded manually. Info from Softpedia.
