Yeah, I just noticed it at MajorGeeks and downloaded it but when I run update from FF it updated from 52.01 to 52.02. Thought that Mg made a snafu like with Macrium Reflect.

It will still show as beta until it goes to 'Release' later today.

Not trying to hijack thread, but I assume this is probably the same with Thunderbird? Using 52 now 53 still seems to be Beta.

When i posted those links Firefox 53 Final was already available.

The changelog always come a day after, so, it will show in a couple of minutes/hours. I mean, you only need to look at the links directory to see that they're are the final version.

Version 52 was still up about 30 mins ago TC on FF's site....did you check?

You just need to change the version number from the links. Like this:

https://download-installer.cdn.mozil...releases/53.0/ - This is for version 53.
If you want previous versions, just change the number. For example, version 50 would be this link: https://download-installer.cdn.mozil...releases/50.0/

Version 52: https://download-installer.cdn.mozil...releases/52.0/

Releases of Thunderbird are not as frequent as Firefox releases. You may well find that 53 Beta moves through a few more betas before a new version is released. The next full release could well be up to something like version 57.
