It's a graphics card issue for sure, and not browser issue. I tried it on my other PC (only two years old, the first try was a five year old PC (not that the age should be a factor, but more of what card they use)), and in both Firefox and Chrome I had no issue like in both browsers on the first PC.

The video corruption is nothing to do with Firefox. I get the same results in IE11, Firefox and Edge.

Probably a graphics driver issue, however I don't get problems with any other video I play so it's not something I'm worried about.

    You have to use //HTTPS://

I don't understand what you're telling me I should do.

If you want Firefox to block insecure passive content on otherwise secure web pages, there is a setting you can change in the configuration editor.

    You have to use :

    Code:
    https://www.youtube.com/
It has to be https not just http.

Just because the connection between your computer and youtube.com is secure doesn't mean that all the content on the web page is being transmitted over https. There can be content on the web page that is being transmitted over http from other sources. This is usually referred to as "mixed content."

It works for me, that is all I can say. Everything in Firefox 68 uses HTPPS.
I do not use mixed blocking content.

If you use Firefox and visited YouTube on Tuesday and/or Wednesday, you should have noticed that the padlock in the address bar wasn't green, but grey with a orange/yellow triangle. Google/YouTube was delivering insecure passive content to Firefox users from gstatic.com.
