RC's on Firefox released Browsers are in house only and never released by Mozilla to The Public. The Only RC's released to The Public are on BETA Releases such as Firefox 61 RC1..etc

What you are getting from Softpedia is a leaked release..

Works very well so far....and its newer version than the beta I was running.

There is no Firefox 60 BETA It is in The Released category. Firefox 60.0.2 is NOT a BETA release..

The current FF beta release is version 61 beta11. Working very well here
