    Uninstall and re-install WLM.

WLM works for me on Windows 10 (I like it very much) but this error 0x800706be is known for long time.

Please say what did not - I use WLM on 10 and it is still OK (all Windows updates done).

Can you say what is the error after re-install?

    Got the same errors.
    Uninstalling KB3093266 solves the issue.
This update should solve a lot of issues but unfortunately bring others!
