    If this download work, it is most likely you have a CD\DVD media problem?
    The Prof version has more programs and options, it is just a testing tool for now and available in TechNet.
    BTW, what version of Office 2010 you have? Home & Student, Home and Business, Professional, Enterprise, etc?

    I noticed that you are in Canada. I believe I used the US version. You will need a valid product key to download!
