    Outlook Left Yellow Part - New Email


    Hi All

    Hope someone can help me as i am a bit stumped

    I am assisting someone - When he opens a new email via Outlook , on the left hand side there is a yellow bar ? Has anyone seen this before?

    Which version of Outlook? (ie) the Mail App, Outlook.com, Microsoft Outlook 365? etc

    Start a New Email, go to the Format Text tab. Choose a Different Style. Change from HTML to Rich Text or Plain Text. Do you get the same effect?

    This for O365 Desktop App - Outlook

    I changed those settings but no change

    - - - Updated - - -

    Seems issue was resolved
    Restart and re-added the signature
    No sure what fixed it but its fixed
