And thank you for your reply. Safe Mode won't help with a permissions issue.

This is bad programming by Bluemail authors.

    See
    Download PowerRun v1.6

This will let you do whatever you want with the registry, for example. Like dynamite, use cautiously.

Have you tried store version? It does not auto-start for me, since I have store apps startup disabled.
    Code:
    reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System" /v "EnableFullTrustStartupTasks" /t REG_DWORD /d "0" /f
    reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System" /v "EnableUwpStartupTasks" /t REG_DWORD /d "0" /f

    Thank you for that.

PowerRun did help me delete the leftover 'C:\Program Files\BlueMail\BlueMail.exe.' entry under the Registry key:
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Windows Defender Exploit Guard\Controlled Folder Access\AllowedApplications

Did you try inserting the shortcut to Bluemail in folder C:\Users\{myname}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

I understand post #1 as indicating automatic start is not wanted..

No more BlueMail starting up & still completely erased from the Registry.
Thank you everyone for your input.

IF I reinstall BlueMail, I'll update this post w/the outcome since Blix, Inc. said they fixed the problem.
