popup blockers how to configure them

ok i asked about this a few days ago or so and i got some good apps to try one was ghostly one was popup off and i have ublock origin but these are not taking this popup away. if i put popup off on mild it takes away the dropdown on ebay that lets me delete saved items in my watch list. i can delete them but i have to actually go into the item and turn off the watch but if that popup off would let me customise it for each site i may be able to keep that drop down and still have it block the popup that ebay now pops up when i'm on that page looking at the items i clicked on to save for later review.

does anyone know how to get rid of these types of popups? i get them on lots of sites now for some reason. i used to use ublock origin and the page would go dark but then i could refresh the page and the popup was gone and i could continue looking at the page, now the page goes dark and after a refresh it turns light again until you start to scroll and then it goes dark again. so thos sites have figured a way around ublock origin. and popup off seems to work but sometimes it works a bit more than i like.

I don't advise people who can't be bothered to use capital letters

It is generated by ebay, you can block it by using ublock picker.

Technically it is about blocking popups, not ads. For example I only block trackers, I try to avoid blocking ads, but tracking also involves blocking some ads, then there is also malvertising, it is hard to differentiate between them.

To block a popup with Firefox, click on Tools, Page Info, and Permissions.
