    Can't login to Yahoo

I have a couple Yahoo mail accounts. I rarely use them, but they are associated with several accounts, including my Microsoft account,

For several days now, when I try to login, this happens, for both email accounts, on Firefox, Chrome, and android.

    Can't login to Yahoo-yahoo2.jpg

    Can't login to Yahoo-yahoo4.jpg

and this from both of their backup/recovery accounts

Do you have any kind of VPN software running, if so try to disable and then attempt to sign in.

Are you running any special AV products that could be interfering or anti-telemetry products? I would disable and see results.

I would also clear your browser cache and website data. ( Or just download a browser you don't normal use and try. )

You said you don't use very often, Yahoo a while back said it would close accounts that were not in use. Can't remember the timeframe they gave so you will have to look that up.

I can access all three accounts from the Yahoo Mail app on my phone

I just tried it again, with Ublock disabled.

With one account, I got to the "robot" verification. With the other account, they sent me a 2-step verification code. In both cases, this was the final result

    Well over 24 hours.

Nothing to lose deleting browser cache. Keep passwords.

I would also try powering off router, wait 15 secs, power on.

I would also try a winsock reset

Command Prompt (admin) or Powershell (admin)

    netsh winsock reset

    Then restart computer.

Do you have a recovery acct with the Yahoo mail accts ? Tried to connect with a mobile device ? Could be locked due to lack of use but you should have been notified.

Lot of Yahoo troubleshooting ideas on the 'net includiing contacting Yahoo. They were responsive on the one occasion I had to contact.

This was the result, on chrome, immediately after the username was written into the field. Just pasted there. No buttons pushed.

Sorry, see my edited previous post. I forgot to add the image which explains my remark.

When you sign in through cell phone are you using wifi or cellular data. If you disable cellular can you sign in from phone?

    Have you done

    ipconfig /flushdns

    netsh int ip reset

Are you using Windows firewall or a third party product.

Is your computer wifi enabled? and can you sign in if you use phone hotspot on cellular data?

If you’re receiving that error after entering the email address then that suggest to me the account is no longer valid or the address is incorrect.
As mentioned if the account was closed due to lack of use then you should’ve received a notification but this may have been missed or not even sent by Yahoo.
Do you have a Yahoo.com account or Yahoo.co.uk? Or perhaps another Country code account?
Another thought is that the account has a mistake - perhaps an o but it should be a 0 or an 1 instead of an i. But as the email works fine then that shouldn’t be the case.
