Web Pages reload or refresh just after opening.

Every time I open a web page, it opens, only to reload or refresh instantly or within seconds. Normally just long enough for me to have started typing a user name or whatever, only for it to disappear replaced by the original page, now blank. Sometimes its almost instantaneous. Normally just a nuisance, but some pages do not allow refresh and close.

Any suggestions as to a remedy?

What browser?

Off the top of my head your home page is set to blank or something. Check the browser's settings for the home page.

Could also be a browser add-on or the interface of your anti-virus and browser (which WILL intercept all of your traffic).
