    You can try:

Click To Remove Element - blade.sk

If you're using Edge, Chrome or Firefox

I can't test because I don't have an ebay account to log into.

It should work alongside other extensions. However if you created a filter for the popup using ublock you might remove the entry for it under settings> my filters.

yes i have done that a few times. because i turned off a popup and the next visit to that site and things were crazy. but i still get that one on bay now it shows up the first time i got there and i click it off and i do not see it much after that. it is some kind of coupon nd i do not trust those things for seeing some type of a scam. ebay may not even know it is there. there is lots of talk on ebay forums about it and no ebay people ever answer with it is ours popup. but now i also see other sites with that type of popup and for the most part ublock has done good at removing them. but now they are getting so good that when you remove them the page goes dark and freezes. and sometimes you can refresh it back and sometimes you can't.

that one on ebay now if you take it away sometimes it comes back in a minute sometimes it doesn't. thanks

I see quite a few posts in various forums about the same pop up. I guess it's an ebay official pop up but you could try clearing browsing data [Ctrl+Shift+DEL] when using your browser. It should offer a choice to clear cache and cookies. Keep history if you need it.

Then visit ebay without signing in and see if the pop up returns. I never see it but I don't have an ebay account.
