    How to get Edge to show mobile view? Desktop view too complex


    For Windows 10 Enterprise, how to get Edge to show mobile view? when use of an App as Desktop is infrequent thus to skip learning Desktop interface too difficult to navigate vs Mobile and which I am too accustomed to.
    I need help to understand how, as per following link, Edge will let me choose between desktop or mobile view on sites manually added to the Sidebar.

    For App which is user friendly as Mobile Version but its Desktop Version is very challenging, I am too used to Mobile version and wish to learn Desktop version.
