For file copy across Tabs, how to drag and drop? Windows Edge Business

For file copy across Tabs, how to drag a file instead of 8 steps and interim folder?:

Tab 1 - click on file

    Tab 1 -Right Click

    Tab 1 - download

    Tab 1 -Save As

Tab 1 - Create Interim Folder

    Tab 2 - Upload

    Tab 2 - Select Folder

Tab 1 - Delete Interim Folder in Step 5

Also, isn't there security risk incurred for downloading?

unclear where you are copying from and to, esp as you are using a browser.

From OneDrive Web to Adobe Express Online

Thanks for prompt response. IMHO, copying a file from OneDrive Web Folder to Adobe Express Online by drag and drop is much easier

If both web sites allow the action, then using it seems sensible.
