    Youtube

Has anybody found a way to defeat this when click on a video on YouTube? I get it even when I'm using no ad blocker at all.

Have you tried your browser in its Safe Mode?

    Which browser are you using?

Do you see the same if you use a different browser?

I can access the video URL you posted with Firefox and with 2 blockers enabled.

(You didn't provide the URL in text form for respondents so I screen OCR'd it).

Google Chrome, and no I have not tried safe mode or another browser. When I had this problem before I found going to Ublock Origin ad blocker solved the problem but it looks like YouTube has found a way to get around it, and the problem is back.

Blocking trackers has the same effect, it can be caused by DNS, AV, browser, etc.
By the way, merely disabling the extension for the webpage does not always work.
I am using Brave for Youtube on Windows/Android with only an occasional warning.

And thank you for your reply.

Clearly you still have some options to explore.

I don't see this warning. Good luck.

did a bit of searching and found the following works for me ,( i have my browser add blocker and malwarebytes browser guard add blocker enabled again and YouTube plays fine without adds )

    explained in this site

under this explanation "Block Ads (If You Still Can)" # 4 "Log out of YouTube and/or use private browsing: Google's ban of ad blockers is account- and cookie-based, so some have reported that logging out of YouTube, opening a private browsing window (such as Incognito Mode in Chrome), or even deleting browser cookies has allowed them to use an ad blocker with YouTube again."

I've found the only thing that works is if I permanently sign out of YouTube. Then when I click on a video it opens right up. I'll just go with this work around fix because nothing else seems to work. Thank you for all the suggestions.
