Thanks, that was easy. Now, do I use GPU 0 or GPU 1? GPU 0 is "Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600" and GPU 1 is "NVIDIA Quadro K4100M". So, now how do I find out if there's a newer driver for my GPU?

Hmm. Okay, I'm not too sure about the Nvidia one. Does your computer have Nvidia software installed on it? See if there's an Nvidia application, on your computer, that can update the Nvidia Graphics Card.

And is this the Nvidia driver you tried out?
    Quadro Desktop/Quadro Notebook Driver Release 415 | R415 U2 (416.78) | Windows 10 64-bit | NVIDIA

Also, for your Intel Graphics Card driver update, go to this site, and press: Get started
    Intel Driver

I'm hoping updating both graphics cards will fix the YouTube video issue.

This is what I downloaded and installed from Quadro. I can't find the selections you're showing me.

Once I get to the Intel site, I don't know which driver to install.

Here's the link for the Intel driver:
    Intel Driver

And see if you can update Nvidia from the software of Nvidia on your computer.

OK, I've done what you proposed last year, I installed the latest Intel driver and still can't install an updated Nvidia driver. If I drag the cursor over the video's progress bar (at the bottom of the video), I can see each frame of the video. But I still can't see the video using Chrome. Can you give me any more help?

    Try this:

    1) Open: Settings
    2) Search for, and open: Troubleshoot Other problems
    3) Scroll down and look for: Video Playback
    4) Press that, then press: Run the troubleshooter
    5) Press: I want to continue with this troubleshooter

Hopefully your computer would fix the codecs that would play that video in Chrome.

In which app is settings (see above)? I just sent you a post under a similar title saying the problem was solved. Then, I went to Youtube on Chrome and I still have the problem.

@pepanee Sorry to say: The 'fix' of not blocking third party cookies FAILED right after I sent you the post that said it worked. So now I still don't have a fix for not being able to see the video/Youtube with Chrome. Any other ideas? Thank you.
