@pepanee I need your help with Youtube not showing video in Chrome
@pepanee Last March 26th, You instructed me on how to test if Chrome was using too much memory - causing Youtube to only play audio and not show video. I'm not a well man and I'm just getting around to following your instructions. My apologies for taking so long.
I saved your instructions but have to admit I don't understand them all. I'm hoping you're still out there in Roseville and willing to pick up where we left off. At that time, I had over 100 tabs open. At the moment, I have only 42 tabs open - but still have the same problem - audio, no video. Please reply if you hear me.
Just in case you can't reply, if anyone else is out there who thinks they can help me, please reply. I am well enough to follow through now. I'm using Windows 10 version 19045.

Hi Nisko, I'm still here.
Hope you're feeling better.
I looked back at our thread from back then, and I'm thinking there's a possibility that maybe updating the video driver may fix this. It's a long shot, but we can try that real quick, if you haven't already tried updating the video card software.
You have an Nvidia video card. Here's the site to update it:
Official Drivers | NVIDIA
I don't know exactly the model name of the video card, but you can expand this vertical line in Task Manager to see the name of the card, and you can select it on the site to download the updated video card:

I found exactly what you outlined in your attachment. I mean EXACTLY. It stops at K4.. I can't get it to expand so if there's more information after K4.., I can't see it.

Click on the GPU in Task Manager, and at the top-right corner, it should say the whole name of your graphics card:
Here's what mine says:
