    The DNS in both W10 and W11 devices are identical default settings.

    You can rule that out as a possible cause then.

    Clear browsing data and see if that works.

    problem solved


    I was infected with a Trojan that resulted in many "abnormalities" and slow down. So, I was forced to reset by CLOUD (not LOCAL) and I did not know until two day later that my newly re-installed OS (W11) now plays You Tube seamlessly. Along with this You Tube surprise, all the trojan induced "abnormalities" are gone. Additionally, the speed is like brand new PC. This is why I prefer to just reset than use image recovery from external HD backup.

Hi For some reason I'm unable to play a downloaded MP4 video file with Win Media Player or VLC saying cannot render or wrong codec which I've not come across before. Appreciate any help thanks
