Hi, not one I've seen. Just wondering if you see the same thing in Safe Mode...
I hesitate to simply suggest an in-place upgrade repair install..
Hello @join,
ForI.E.
, have a look at this > Lifecycle FAQ - Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge
I useGoogle Chrome
and this is myAdvanced
Tab:
I hope this helps.
@Paul Black
Likewise, Chrome is my default... but my Internet Options shows the Reset button..

My suggest of using Safe Mode is on the basis of something else I read. Feel free to ignore suggestions.
- to answer that question, you might..What do you mean " in-place upgrade repair install"?
- search the Tutorials section
- use a search engine e.g. Google
- search tenforums...
What is your full build number? the forum directed you to add it - so we don't have to ask...
- If so, back up data (you have already...haven't you? (!)) Wipe disk, clean install...My PC is hacked. I know it, but I can do nothing about it.
No point trying to repair if it's compromised.
Thanks, Paul Black
My default browser is Firefox, and I have the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE11). The Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box was fine, it happened only this month. I wonder why it still appears on other PCs like the PC of dalchina. If something is wrong with the internet, what similar process can I do as an alternative? Thank you.

I have done the clean install 10s times, but it did not help.
