    Microsoft Edge Leaves 10 Incidents running in background upon exit !


    I have noticed that Microsoft Edge does not exit really but actually leaves 10 incidents of it running in the back ground and viewable in task manager .

    At first I thought my installation was glitching then I did install it again but the behavior continued .

    I don't know if this might be needed for fast reopen or services running or tasked schedules but I just want it to stay closed once I close it like any program that respects itself .

    Any suggestion is appreciated .

    I never use Microsoft Edge; I use Google Chrome.

    I just opened Edge, and exited it. Opened Task Manager:

    Tried this:
    Did BOTH number 5 and Startup Boost to OFF. Now Task Manager doesn't show msedge anymore.
