Windows 10 Mail Showing Some emails as Metadata

Hello, I am having this problem in my windows mail client for about a month now, Certain emails specifically bank emails show as metadata, they show up fine when I open my account in the browser and view them in browser.

Help will be appreciated as I don't want to login my account every time in the browser to view these emails.
    Thanks

Are the affected accounts Yahoo or Yahoo based (AOL, Sky {UK} etc)? If yes then there’s a bug between these & Windows Mail, the only options is to use a non MS email client or read the emails via webmail.

Yes, the accounts are yahoo based that are displaying this behavior, but as you said I will now use Microsoft outlook for my emails.

Microsoft seem to be in no hurry to fix the problem as it’s been several months since the error was first reported on various forums. The strange thing is that Windows Live Mail doesn’t have this problem.
I wonder if it’s due to 2 factor authentication as Live Mail requires an app specific password whereas Windows Mail just needs to authenticate the account by signing into Yahoo.
