    View of all passwords gone but seem to be remembered by edge dev


    Using Edge Dev Version 117.0.2007.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit) on Windows Pro version 22H2 Build 19045.3271 signed in as local user without sync to microsoft account.
    While or after using United.com to book a flight all information formerly displayed in Profile ->Passwords is gone. Screen is blank for that page. BUT seems that somehow all usernames and passwords are still on the machine as navigating to sites which require them automatically sign in correctly.
    Where is this information stored, and can i restore it to display in edge? I have searched and found similar problems reported some years ago, but some of the directories noted are not present currently. Yes, i have a recent Macrium backup but don't know which directories to restore and would rather not restore everything since the backup is a couple of days old and i don't wish to lose the information accumulated since, unless i must.
    Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

    Addendum:
    I have just looked on another computer i have with the same OS and Edge Dev versions and find it also does not display the usernames and passwords, so probably not the united web site and may be related to latest versions of software.

    I agree that it might well be something to do with Edge Dev.
    I'm logged in to a local account and passwords are still listed in
    Edge, ..., Settings, Passwords.

    I'm not in any Insider or Dev schemes.

    Yes it seems it is a problem with the Edge Dev program itself which must have been updated earlier this week. i have found that the passwords are stored locally in an encrypted database in ....users/[username]/appdata/local/microsoft/edge dev/ but are not displayed in the settings page for Passwords in edge dev. in fact, nothing at all is displayed when i click on that section, including all the buttons and settings for passwords.
