Is there any way to avoid initiating that splash screen when opening or reloading that website?

I edited my first post to make it more coherent. I don't want to see that when entering or reloading the Gmail website. It's annoying, delaying the site from launching. I want it disabled, just as you would in any number of apps, with an option to disable the splash screen.
I doubt it's possible, but who knows
That would take coding on Google's side to change the splash screen. So again what do you wish to accomplish.
