Microsoft Edge Not Updating To 114.0.1823.55

For some reason when I check for updates I get told I am up to date, but I am stuck on the version that ends in "51".
I see that the release notes say that updates to the stable channel can be made over a number of days although I have always in the past received them on the release date.

I see the version ending "55" was released on 19th June.

    My build is
    Version 114.0.1823.51 (Official build) (64-bit)
    - and it says I'm up to date. And I'm not going to worry about that.. patience is oft its own reward.
    The Arabic version has
Patience is its own reward, but few are satisfied with it.

Thanks for your response, I thought I was the only one stuck on "51"
Its interesting that software that shows the latest version of a programme namely "Speccy" up till yesterday said "55" was the latest current version and to update.

"Speccy" on my machine shows "51" as being the latest version today.

I will now wait and see what happens, I tried reverting to the early part of June before Windows updates and updating but Edge refuses to go above "51",

*****Substitute the word "Speccy" above with "Sumo Lite".*******

do not update Edge to v114.0.1823.55

that one seems to be more problematic than the 114.0.1823.51 release.

and it seems the .55 build was temporarily "pulled" or "withdrawn"
Edge 114.0.1823.55 pulled? Web-View2-Runtime at version 114.0.1823.55 | Born's Tech and Windows World

also, the current stable Edge 114 downloads have been recently "reverted" back to 114.0.1823.51 from 114.0.1823.55

I see that version ending "58" has now been released, which updated my machine few minutes ago. Hopefully Microsoft has got it right this time.

seems like they did with 114.0.1823.58
gonna get the MSI installer files for that from MS Update Catalog and update straight from .51 to .58

    Now
    Microsoft Edge
    Version 114.0.1823.58 (Official build) (64-bit)

    - via Edge, About.

Points to hanging beack from updates a little not being a bad idea- witness the problems widely reported with the June WU.
