Any search engine or even mozilla firefox would have told you. How to use Firefox containers | Firefox Help.
Can anyone just give me a simple explanation why some apps "require" containers tab, or should be uninstalled?

I appreciate your encouraging me to take the time and effort to educate myself, but, my attempts to find an answer, before I came here, did not render a solution.
Can anyone out there please just offer a simple explanation why certain addons uniquely require container tabs?
It's when the extension needs access to or the ability to remove data if you're using multiple identities (container tabs) even if you don't use them.
Example: I use extension Coolie Auto Delete. I don't use container tabs but that extension is coded to need access to them (if enabled and subsequenty used) in order to remove cookies stored when using those tabs.
It's nothing to worry about.
Also note: LibreWolf (Firefox fork) already has RFP built in but they still suggest adding canvas blocker as well.
It uses it's own profile so maybe test it.
Note: Since it's focus is on privacy it won't suit users who want to store their browsing history on disk cache. Although it's possible to override preferences it might not suit users who don't understand how to configure it to their liking if they want to poke holes in privacy settings.
Anyway overrides can be stored here:

I just mention it because if you're using privacy enhancing extensions then you might like this browser.
Settings and librewolf.overrides.cfg – LibreWolf
The extension won't use any containers if you don't use them. It's just coded to remove data from within container tabs if you do happen to use them.
Example:
If you never open a link in a container tab then there is no data created that the extension can access but it has that functionality built in so requires container tabs to be enabled. You don't have to use container tabs, just enable them if you want to use an extension that requires them.
