Sometimes I find a Contact notice to click on to send an e-mail. It always defaults to Outlook. I would prefer it default to Gmail.
Anyway to change any settings ??

I only know Gmail as a service. You can only set programs or Store apps as the default handler.
Outlook is a program. You could set a different program as your default handler.
There is a gmail Store app, but Store apps don't take parameters, which would mean e.g. a context menu for that would be meaningless, as would Sendto 'Mail recipient'.
I don't know Outlook- maybe there's some way of prioritising your gmail account within that.
