Problem with Web Browsers - Windows 10 64-bit

I have a rather odd problem when using certain websites (eg Ebay - see image below). Most websites display correctly, but on a few, parts of the text are invisible - the text is there, and can be selected, but cannot be seen.
I have tried using Chrome, Firefox and Edge, with the same results.
Can anyone suggest what might be causing this behaviour?
    Thanks
    Peter

    Welcome to TenForums!

It almost sounds like the text color is set to the same color as the background color. If you click where the text is located and then drag while clicking (like you are selecting text) does the text suddenly become visible?

No, if I click and drag where the "invisible" text is, I just get a blue block (on Ebay), similar to the blue search box in my image.
    Thanks

Hmm, odd, especially since it affects multiple browsers.

Do you have any sort of add-on installed that modifies the look or feel of Windows? When did you first notice the issue? Can you think of any changes that were made just prior to this issue starting?

I'm not aware of any add-ons which would cause this. It's been happening for a few years now, even after I switched to a new PC a year or so ago (although I copied Windows from the old PC to the new one). It's a bit too long ago to remember if any changes were made prior to the problem starting.
