Desktop Chrome on two Displays, how to open with position & width?

I need help to open Chrome browser with pre-determined Setting (Position and Width) to extend view to two displays.
Launch from the command line with specific window coordinates is shown here. bash - Launch Google Chrome from the command line with specific window coordinates - Stack Overflow
But how to get current position of Chrome Desktop?

    BACKGROUND
Without two screens for browser, Google Translate on Chrome Desktop is barely legible.
Example is translated image is legible with Google Lens Mobile App but not with Desktop Chrome App; Monitor Resolution is much lower than Mobile Display. As workaround, I extend Browser to another Display (shown as follows).
However, I prefer Chrome to be closed until needed again. Is it possible to open Chrome with specific position and width?
This is for Windows 10 Enterprise.
Without third party App, is it possible to open Edge with specific position and width? third party app such as 3rd party App cannot be installed.
    I tried following without sucess:
    1. Restore Previous Folder Windows
    2. Windows 10 Cascade Windows
    3. Lock Window in Place
    4. Short Command ‘Shift Key + X’
