If I include multiple words into one hashtag in a tweet of mine like this for example:

Does this mean that anyone who types one or all of the words in a search on Twitter will be brought to my page and see my content?

With twitter, instagram they all wok the same if you use a # it shows how many people follow thet ie #wildlife if you put a lot in one line unless others are using it no one will see it. Just tried your #DogHorsePonyCatMoose and 0 people seeing it
# are tags people follow so on twitter you may follow a few like #wildlife #dogs #computers #art
thats what then appears in your dailey feed or people may search for a a tag like #borrisjohnson to see latest scandel
As I said no one follows that tag so no one will see it you can test yourself go onto twitter and use search and put the hastag in and you will see how many use it. you want to use tags with most followers to get seen
