desktop shortcut from youtube tv downloaded from chrome won't launch

I had a desktop shortcut in my PC to launch Youtube tv . It was working for a very long time. Suddenly it stop working last week . I get error message saying something to the effect that the app is not compatible with Win 10 ? Chrome is latest version 110.0.5481.178 and Win 10 home is 22H2 19045.2728. I went through all the recommended fixes ex. uninstall the Youtube tv app . Cleared Cache in chrome , make sure all setting are OK , then restarted PC . I then reinstalled the App from tv.youtube.com using their link. But still the shortcut icon wont launch the app. I uninstalled the app again , this time I used Edge Browser to install the app . Now the shortcut works ! Any idea why this is happening ? Thanks

If I type tv.youtube.com it runs.
If I use the desktop shortcut , it takes me to a page with various apps including youtube tv. If I click on Youtube TV , I get a message of incompatibility, but there is a button to run the app anyway. I click on that button, the app launches.
I am running standard Windows Security ie MS Defender

The shortcut to the App in Chrome does not work. It returns me to that strange page where I have to launch the app by clicking on the 'run anyway" button.
The short cut in Edge launches the app immediately like it used to do in Chrome.
BTW if I go to the you tube TV webpage directly in either Chrome or Edge it works normally .
Something is not right in Chrome.

I suspect so . I have stopped all Chrome extensions but still can't solve the problem. I have decided not to spend anymore energy on this App issue with Chrome, so I will use Edge just for this one app. Tks
