Which client is the best for productivity?

I am aware businesses use Microsoft Outlook since it's part of M365 (if I am using the correct name of the SaaS)

In your opinion, which email client is the best for productivity purposes for the vast majority of users?

You can add any email provider to the Mail and Calendar app.
Add Gmail and Other Email to Windows 10 Mail & Calendar (Updated)

I like it simple, so I use the browser extension, I get bothered/notifications, only when the browser is running.

    No. It's the Mail app.

    "Outlook" can mean
    - an application within the MSOffice suite
    - the online service www.outlook.com
    - an Android app

I think I've seen people refer to the Mail app as "Outlook" but doing so is not correct.

    All the best,
    Denis

... for a short while longer:

The new Outlook app will be available to all Office and Windows users running at least Windows 10 version 1809, which implies that the Outlook app will replace the built-in Mail and Calendar apps in both Windows 10 and Windows 11 when it's ready to ship.

Microsoft’s web-flavored update for Outlook begins rolling out to more testers
(And already, if I click Mail on my start menu I get Outlook (with a switch for new Outlook) because I installed a new store Outlook app.)
