HTML5 Videos In Edge, How To Stop? Please check this page

I am annoyed with videos attempting to play or/and move down a page as I am browsing.

I am on a slow internet connection and I am sick of it. Perhaps a browser like Vivaldi has something to stop this behaviur built in. I realise there is an extension available which I have used with limited success in the past but it is no longer maintained. I only watch videos on Youtube and that is via a smart tv.

An "example" url to visit is at:

    Thanks.

This tutorial tells you how to add a 'Block' option to Edge.
