Just wondering what this file is .vivaldi_reporting_data is under C:Users it is not under a file folder? I also wondering if you uninstall Vivaldi browser why is does not delete that file and also if uninstalled they can't ping to their servers anymore in a 24hr period if the program is not on my computer right?

Thank you. I have one more question. When I downloaded Vivaldi browser under sync device name said my computer name but I did not sign up for sync? Is that normal to see your device name there even though you have not joined sync?

@Purpleroses, do you see the device name on the login page in Settings > Sync? If that's where you see it, then yes, it's normal. The name your OS reports is prefilled by default, but you can rename it before login. It helps to organize sync data. For example, if you synchronize open tabs from 3-4 different devices, the device name makes it easier to find tabs from a specific synced instance.
