How do you configure the Google search options shown below? I use Google Shopper. Some of my PCs show Shopping in this field and some don't for some reason.
Turn off your VPN. If your VPN is connected to a country that Google doesn't support ads for or isn't being targeted for ads, then you will receive no Shopping option for your search results in Chrome browser Google Searches. Turn off your VPN, then close and reopen Google Chrome with your VPN disconnected.
Neither do I....
It may be that google shopping does not work when you are logged into your google accounts. Try to logout of gmail/google accounts.
