Hi, I have switched for the first time in my life from gmail to outlook.
I like it better than gmail, but I have an issue.
I installed the outlook android app and I noticed in the feed a "contact" from a gmail that I had shared some time ago a file in onedrive. When I click on it it says it's an organisation contact. It seems to be like what google creates as "other contacts".
On gmail any email that was.. added could be removed in google other contacts section, everything could be removed from contacts.google.com/other
How do I delete these types of "contacts" in outlook? I have microsoft 365 family.
It can't be found in outlook.live.com/people

Were you paying for google's Workspace service and using personalized domain?

@olympus1, Your first and last sentence prompts me to offer this comment. Back in late '90s we had the free Microsoft Hotmail online E-Mail [Webmail] then a few years later Microsoft established Outlook.com which was to replace Hotmail. I had Hotmail then decided to try Outlook.com and got an account in it. The intended merge didn't occur for some time. Neither one had a direct connection to my installed Microsoft Outlook E-Mail Client. Just a few years or so ago Microsoft established outlook.live.com and now going to either hotmail.com or outlook.com brings up another change which suggests another merge coming, kinda hints at forcing a bunch of people to buy Microsoft Office 365. I did try the Sign in button on that page and it gave me the choice of either Outlook.com or Hotmail, both of which still work [for now].

No, I have the consumer subscription of microsoft 365 family that costs 99,99 euros per year.
I wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't installed the android app.
Somewhere Microsoft stores these emails, but I don't know where and if we are able to edit the list of them.
That gmail that is shown is by a friend that has a typical consumer gmail.

A "new user" issue lol.
When I started sending emails from outlook, that gmail eventually showed in the suggested emails and I was able to remove it.
