Why is Edge "Managed by my (non-existent) Organisation"

Microsoft Edge states in settings "Your browser is managed by your organisation".
I cannot enable "Send Do Not Track Requests", for example - and some other settings.
I do not have an organisation !
    I am an individual home-user of Windows 10 (22H2).
Why is this and, more importantly, how can I change it ?
    Thanks.

Do the following to remove Your browser is managed by your organization in Microsoft Edge browser on Windows 11/10:

    Open Microsoft Edge
    Access Policies page
    Open Registry Editor window
    Access Edge key
    Delete Registry values
    Restart File Explorer or PC.

    More details here:

I do not have an organisation !
Once again... if registry keys equivalent to a group policy are set then these can lead to this kind of report.

In general, organisations set group policies.
Whilst Win 10 Home does not have the Group Policy Editor, it does, of course, have a registry. Many of those are the same as Win 10 Pro.

How may such keys get set? E.g.
    a. By registry tweaks
    b. By using 3rd party tweak tools

    NTN :-
I have done this and I followed the detailed instructions in your given link - with absolutely no effect !
    Nothing has changed.
The Edge key was only in HKEY_CURRENT-USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge
Nothing in any other registry path.
I changed the value of "do not track" from 1 to 0.
    Should I have deleted it?
Or deleted the Edge key entirely?

Remove those keys or just copy code to CMD or powershell as admin:
    Code:
    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge" /f

    Thanks everybody.
I deleted the key HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge and all now seems hunk dory.
But I still don't understand where this policy came from !

Run CMD as admin and copy/paste:

    Code:
    taskkill /im msedge.exe /f
    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge" /f
Well to be honest I did some more research and after months of looking for a solution this worked for me.
