Preserving Cookies from "Delete All Cookies"

My sister is having issues with issues using a cloud application and the cookies that it requires to save work settings. She needs to save cookies from session to session to preserve her configuration settings. Several browsers offer the feature to not delete cookies from a whitelist of sites when the browser closes. But due to bad internet connections, she needs to delete cookies from other sites while she is still working. The delete all cookies feature on the browsers she has tried will not honor her whitelist and deletes the cookies she is trying to preserve.

Any suggestions on which browser has a stronger whitelist feature that will preserve site specific cookies under all circumstances?

    This is using Windows 10

    Hi,
    1. To do that across a range of browsers you need to use a 3rd party tool.

Personally I use an old version of the (somewhat despised) Ccleaner.
That has an excellent option to search for and choose to keep selected cookies.

I need to do that to preserve the 'trusted device' status of browsers used for banking sites, for example.

    2. To do that for an individual browser, consider searching for an addon.
Firefox, for example, has at least one addon that is relevant here:

    Cookie Quick Manager.

There may be others- worth searching for addons for your preferred browser.

    3. This topic has been discussed before e.g. see ideas in this thread:
Excellent cookie cleaner sought (not Ccleaner) - ideas?

If you were to search tenforums, you may find more.
