I am still using "Windows Live Mail" on my "windows 10 pro" desktop. It was working fine, but I think I may done something to change a setting. I use to get an "pop up alert" if WLM was downloading an email to my "Junk Mail" folder. Well, it stopped happening and I no longer get those alerts. Does anyone know of a setting that I may have messed up that I can turn back on?

Yes, Thank you so much for helping me. This reg edit thing did the trick! I don't know how it was ever changed as I cannot remember when the last time I went into the registry. But it worked so far. It already caught 1 junk mail and alerted me. Thank you again. Be well.
Your most welcome. I highly doubt you made that change in the registry.
It seems more likely that you accidently checked the box not to show it again.
It is right above the open junk email button, so I can see how it could happen.
